**Refund Policy**

1. **Refund Eligibility:** Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unused, and in the same condition as received.

3. **Refund Process:** Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. **No Restocking Fee:** We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

5. **Non-Refundable Items:** Customized or personalized items, gift cards, and downloadable software products are not eligible for refunds.

6. **Shipping Costs:** Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

9. **Final Sale Items:** Final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

10. **Gifts:** If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
